Artefact 1:
Pre-school Daily Reflection
To infinity and beyond!
Through an inquiry-based learning project about space, I taught my pre-school children about the Earth and its place in the solar system. As a way to incorporate different KLA's and a more practical mdoe of learning, I designed an obstacle course with various concepts, terms and challenges from our recent weeks of learning about space. Through this daily reflection, I am able to demonstrate my ability to connect with children and families, as well as share and assess on the learning of each and every day.
Artefact 2:
Lesson Feedback Survery
Interpreting and Evaluating Data to Modify Teaching Practice
Through this feedback survey, students are able to report on the lesson effectiveness and learning achieved. This survey and method of assessment allows me to better modify my teaching practices to ensure I can be effective and efficient in my teaching.
Artefact 3:
Practicum Feedback
Engaging in Goal Setting, Reflection and Professional Development
Through the comments of both my supervising teacher and my tertiary supervisor, I was able to set goals and reflect upon aspects of my teaching practice that needed development. This piece of evidence demonstrates how I am able to engage and reflect with colleagues and other professionals on my own work, set goals and achieve these goals through improving my practice.
